By keeping sourcing close to home, we can check quality up close, reduce transport and ensure a more reliable supply. If a specific size, colour tone or finish isn’t available locally, we’ll always tell you upfront and suggest the best alternative.

Stepping stones are always delivered by truck to ensure safe handling and the best possible condition on arrival.

Do you have a specific spot in mind? Let us know and we’ll do our best to deliver as close to that location as possible. Please note: access must be suitable for a truck. If special handling is needed (tight access, lifting, extra manpower), an additional charge may apply.

All stepping stones are delivered by our team via truck to ensure safe handling and the best condition on arrival. Delivery is mandatory for this product.

We take great care to ensure every stone we deliver is selected, packed and transported in the best possible condition. Up until the moment of delivery, we are fully responsible for your order. Once it arrives, responsibility shifts to you, especially regarding handling, installation and ongoing use.

Please understand that natural stone is a unique product. Variations in colour tone, texture, small fissures and natural markings are part of its character and are not considered defects. Because stones are often installed outdoors, factors such as base preparation, drainage, settling, impact damage and cleaning products can all affect the final result, and these are outside of our control.

For that reason, we do not offer a warranty after delivery. If there is visible damage on arrival, please notify us immediately, so we can help resolve it.
