Refund Policy
It may happen that you want to return an order. Maybe because you don't like the product or there is another reason. IGC offers you the service to return or exchange your product.
However, we would like to make you aware that there is no such thing as 'free' returns. In doing so, we are making an impact on nature. Think of transport, damage during transport and our own time. Returns have an impact.

Returns
You have the right to withdraw from the contract within a period of 14 days without giving reasons. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, acquires physical possession of the goods. In the case of assembly services, the withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you purchased the service.
In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us by means of an unambiguous statement (e.g. in
writing, by post, fax or e-mail) that you are withdrawing from the contract. You can use the model withdrawal form for this, but you are not obliged to do so. In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send
your communication regarding your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Our services that are fully performed within the cooling-off period of 14 calendar days are exempted from the right of withdrawal. This exception only applies if the service has been started with the express consent of the consumer, who has hereby declared to waive his right of withdrawal. You will also be made aware of this during our ordering process.
You can also use the European model withdrawal form to inform us that you are cancelling the purchase. However, the use of this form is not mandatory.
Consequences of revocation
If you withdraw from the contract, you will receive all payments you have made up to that point, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a method of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us) without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days after we have been informed of your decision to withdraw from the contract, back from us.
If you only return part of your order, the costs for delivery will not be refunded. We will refund you using the same
means of payment that you used to make the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; In any case, you will not be charged any fees for such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earliest. You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay, but in any event no later than 14 days after the day on which you have notified us of the decision to withdraw from the agreement. You are on time if you return the goods before the 14-day period has expired.

If you return in another way, the direct costs of returning the goods will be borne by you. Our return address IGC can be obtained through our customer service. You are only liable for the depreciation of the goods resulting from

Do you want to exchange your product? No problem. Please contact us by mail or phone. We will then make a new order together and then schedule a new appointment so that we can deliver the new products to you.
Wrong delivery address provided
Have you accidentally entered the wrong delivery address? Please contact our customer service as soon as possible. We'll try to change the order for you. If the product has already arrived, we would like to ask you to return the product.
