Delivery on Ibiza

At Gardens of Ibiza, the delivery method depends on what you order. All delivery costs are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

Plants and small items

Plants, trees in pots and small items are delivered by our own team anywhere on Ibiza for €59.95 per order. Delivery is free for orders of plants and small items above €500. You are also welcome to collect these items free of charge from our warehouse in Sant Carles.

Big bags of soil, mulch and gravel

Big bags are delivered by truck, directly from our suppliers. The cost depends on how many trucks your order needs:

• Soil, compost and mulch: €197 per truck, up to 8 big bags
• Premium mulch: €115 per truck, up to 4 big bags
• Gravel: €121 per truck, up to 4 big bags

Big bags cannot be collected and are not included in free delivery.

Flagstones

Flagstones are delivered on pallets by truck for €212 per trip.

Large orders and large trees

For very large orders, or for large trees that need special transport, please contact us and we will prepare a quote for you.

Delivery time and confirmation

Deliveries usually take place within 5 to 8 business days. After your order, we will contact you by WhatsApp to confirm the delivery day and to ask for your exact location. Many properties on Ibiza are hard to find, so a Google Maps pin helps our drivers reach you.

Delivery area

Gardens of Ibiza delivers itself, or with its logistics partners, throughout Ibiza. For deliveries to Formentera, please contact us before ordering, as additional costs from our partners there apply.

On the day of delivery

• Every order is delivered to the parking area as standard.
• Delivery to a specific place in your garden is possible on request.
• Occasionally an appointment may need to be rescheduled, for example due to illness or an accident. We will always inform you in advance.
• Please measure the place where your products will go beforehand, so you can be sure everything fits.
• Our delivery team cannot drill holes, move existing plants or trees, or make other changes to your garden. They will gladly advise you on how to do this yourself.
• Please make sure your products are placed on a flat surface. Otherwise we cannot guarantee their stability.

Our logistics partners

Depending on the size of your order, we deliver ourselves or with one of our partners. All our partners are experienced and committed to service and quality: neat, polite people who take the time to place your products properly. If your experience was different, please let us know so we can improve.

Receiving your order

If you have asked for delivery to a specific place in your garden, please make that place as accessible as possible and keep the access route clear and suitable for a truck. If there is anything we should know, such as a narrow road, a gate or a steep drive, please tell us when we confirm your delivery.

If you are not at home

If you are not at home at the agreed time, we will take the products back to our warehouse, and a new delivery will be charged at the same delivery cost. If we arrive much earlier or later than agreed, we will of course not charge for an extra delivery.
