Shipping policy

At Gardens of Ibiza, we use different delivery methods, depending on the size of the order and whether furniture needs to be delivered. For small accessories, which can go with Correos, we charge €8.95 per delivery. For medium size products, like plants and soil, we have 1 or 2 man delivery charging €29.95 for the whole of Ibiza. Delivery where a truck is needed, for example gravel, sand and large trees, we charge € 59.95.

Free delivery above €750 or free pick up at our warehouse in San Carlos for small and medium size products.

Delivery area
GOI delivers self, or with its logistics partners, throughout the whole of Ibiza. For Formentera, take into account additional costs from our logistics partners there.

Delivery

  • Every order is delivered to the front door as standard
  • Delivery on location in a place of the garden is on request.
  • It can happen that something happens (e.g. a transporter is ill or an accident) and that the appointment
    unfortunately has to be rescheduled. You will be informed about this in advance.
  • Measure the place in which your products will be placed in advance. This way you can be sure that everything will fit.
  • Our shipment partners are not allowed to drill holes, move products/trees or make other adjustments to your garden.
    Of course, they will be happy to advise you on how best to do this yourself.
  • Make sure your products are placed
    on a flat surface. If this does not happen, we cannot guarantee the stability of your products.

Delivery by our logistics partners
Depending on the size of the products, our logistics is done by ourself of one of our partners. All our partners are experienced and emphasize service and quality. Neat, polite delivery people who take plenty of time to place the products perfectly. If this was not the case, please inform us, so we can improve our service.

Receiving your order
If you have opted for delivery to a certain room in your house or for assembly, we ask you to make the place as accessible as possible for the delivery person. Make sure the roads are empty if the delivery drivers have to go into your  garden, so that they can start their work safely and effortlessly.

Imagine... You are not at home on the agreed delivery day
If you are not at home, we must take our products back to our logistics warehouse. If, due to circumstances, we arrive a lot earlier or later so that we arrive unreasonably far outside the preferred times and you are not present, we will of course not charge an extra stop. If you are not at home, at the agreed time, we have no choice but to charge extra stop worth of the shipping costs for that product.

When ordering a product, which is send by Correos. Correos will try to deliver your product to you and otherwise put it back again in their warehouses. When you are not home when our van or truck is there, we will put the products in front of your house.
