Garden maintenance subscription

Once your subscription is confirmed, we can start working on your garden right away. There’s always something to do, so even before the advisory visit, our team can begin with the basics.

Soon after, we’ll schedule a personal advisory visit to walk through your garden together. During that visit, we’ll:

• Share tailored advice on areas you may not have considered
• Review everything you selected (like pool care, irrigation, etc.)
• Determine the right mix of gardeners for your needs
• Make sure the chosen number of hours is realistic to keep your garden in great shape

If it turns out that your garden needs more time or care than initially estimated, we’ll always discuss this with you first. In that case, a small adjustment to your subscription or an additional invoice may follow, always transparently and in consultation.

Booking now means we can get started right away, while we fine-tune the plan together.

At Gardens of Ibiza, we work with a skilled and reliable team of three gardener profiles, each with their own level of experience and responsibility in the garden.

Junior Gardener
Our Junior Gardeners focus on essential maintenance: mowing, weeding, basic pruning, sweeping, and tidying up borders and paths. They are efficient, hands-on, and well-trained in the core routines that keep a garden neat and healthy from week to week. Ideal for regular upkeep and assistance.

Senior Gardener
Senior Gardeners bring deeper knowledge and greater autonomy. In addition to regular maintenance, they monitor plant health, handle intermediate pruning tasks, and understand irrigation systems, seasonal care, and planting needs. They take initiative, make informed suggestions, and often guide the work of juniors on site.

Expert Gardener
Experts are specialised in advanced horticulture, design implementation, and problem-solving. They handle complex pruning, soil analysis, pest control, irrigation strategy, and long-term garden planning. Their role is strategic: ensuring your garden not only survives, but evolves beautifully over time.

During your intake visit, we assess which combination of gardeners best suits your garden’s rhythm and needs.

What’s included in your subscription depends on your garden and the type of gardeners assigned. Some gardens need simple upkeep, while others require more specialised care. Whether it's regular mowing and weeding, or detailed pruning and irrigation support, no two plans are exactly alike.

But don't worry: we're here to guide you. During the intake visit, we’ll walk through your garden and create a personalised maintenance plan together. That way, your subscription truly fits your garden’s needs, and your peace of mind.

Difference over the seasons

What’s included may shift slightly over time, based on the rhythm of the seasons and how your garden develops. We adapt the care plan as needed, adding more hours during busy growth periods, scaling back when things slow down. Flexibility is part of our promise.
Any adjustments will be made in full agreement.

We arrive with everything your garden needs, tools, mulch, irrigation knowledge, and seasonal expertise. All materials, equipment, and time are included in your plan, unless agreed otherwise.

Whats not included?

Your subscription covers ongoing maintenance: planting, sweeping, weeding, etc. It’s about care, not construction. Major redesigns or hardscaping aren’t part of the service, but if needed, we’re happy to connect you with trusted partners.

Some services fall outside the scope of a standard subscription. Pool care is not included, and certain tasks, such as lawn installation or repair, advanced pruning, or setting up new irrigation systems, may involve additional costs. We’re happy to discuss these during your intake visit and provide a quote where needed.

All subscription prices are exclusive of IVA (VAT) and any additional materials that may be required—such as fertiliser, insect treatments, or pool-related products like cleaning agents and chemicals. Should we purchase materials on your behalf through our webshop, all invoices will be shared with you individually for full transparency. If preferred, you are welcome to supply your own materials.

Subscriptions run for a minimum period of six months. After this term, the agreement continues on a monthly basis, with a one-month notice period for cancellation.

We offer advisory visits at a rate of €50 (excluding call-out fee). However, if you decide to proceed with a subscription, this visit is free of charge and fully included in your service.

We believe that meaningful garden care takes time. In most cases, we start with a thorough clean-up, removing weeds, restoring structure, and addressing any damage or neglect. Only then can true maintenance begin.

Gardens need consistency and space to evolve. Plants respond to seasonal care, soil needs time to recover, and the overall rhythm of the garden benefits from steady attention. A six-month period allows us to not only restore balance but also give your garden the best chance to grow and thrive long-term.

The first visit is treated as a trial for both sides. It gives us the chance to get to know your garden, and you the chance to experience how we work. After this session, both you and Gardens of Ibiza remain free to decide whether to move forward with the subscription, no strings attached.

To ensure we can serve clients across the island efficiently, we charge a standard call-out fee of €25 per visit for locations in San Juan Bautista, San Antonio, and San José.

This fee covers transportation costs, planning, and preparation time for on-site work. It is billed separately from your subscription and applies to both advisory visits and regular maintenance appointments

We aim for continuity whenever possible. Depending on your garden’s needs, we’ll assign a consistent team of Junior, Senior, or Expert Gardeners, decided during the intake visit.

Materials such as mulch or fertiliser are not included, but can be arranged. A standard €25 call-out fee applies to San Juan, San Antonio, and San José.
