we are Looking for a Junior Gardener

Work alongside Alberto

Learn Ecological Gardening directly from Alberto and our experienced team while working on some of Ibiza's most beautiful gardens.

At Gardens of Ibiza, you'll be part of a company that values nature, craftsmanship and continuous learning, giving you the opportunity to develop real skills in regenerative gardening.

  • Flexible employment (20–40 hours per week)
  • Competitive salary based on experience and the applicable collective agreement
  • Work on diverse projects, from private gardens and food forests to regenerative landscapes across Ibiza
  • Ongoing training and opportunities to develop your skills

Main responsibilities

  • Plant and care for trees, shrubs, perennials, herbs and edible gardens
  • Maintain food forests and permaculture-style gardens
  • Improve soil through mulch, compost and topdressing
  • Check irrigation and support water-wise routines
  • Prune and care for plants in a natural, respectful way
  • Help with small construction tasks: pathways, gravel areas, simple fencing
  • Document progress with photos and short field notes

Profile we are looking for

  • A strong interest in nature, gardening and outdoor work
  • Motivation to learn ecological, regenerative and permaculture-based methods
  • Reliable, practical and positive attitude
  • Willingness to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Curiosity about the future of gardening and working in harmony with nature
  • Experience in gardening or outdoor maintenance is an advantage
  • Driving licence and own transport preferred
