Flower colour: Large white flowers (night-blooming)

Flowering period: Summer (night-blooming; fruiting late summer to autumn)

Soil: Very well-drained, sandy/gritty soil; cactus mix; avoid waterlogging

Sunlight: Full sun to light shade

Water needs:

Low to moderate; drought-tolerant once established

Wintergreen: Evergreen in mild climates

Permaculture: Drought-tolerant edible for warm climates; excellent vertical layering on supports; flowers attract night pollinators

Plant density: Space 2–3 m apart on supports; 1 plant per support

Plant in full sun to light shade in a warm, sheltered location. Use a well-draining cactus mix and a sturdy support (trellis or post) as stems climb. Water moderately during the growing season, allowing soil to dry slightly between waterings; reduce watering in cooler months. Feed lightly in spring and summer with a cactus or fruiting fertiliser. Protect from frost and cold winds. Flowers open at night; hand-pollination can improve fruit set.

Do you have a specific spot in your garden in mind? Let us know, and we’ll do our best to deliver directly to that location. Please note: access must be suitable for our truck, especially when delivering materials like gravel or soil. If special handling is needed, an extra charge may apply.

• Standard delivery: €29,95
• Delivery to remote areas (San Antonio, San Joan, and San Josep): +€25
• If a truck is required for delivery, an additional charge of €142 per truck will apply.

We take great care to ensure that every plant we deliver is healthy, strong, and in its best condition. Up until the moment of delivery, we are fully responsible for your plant. Once it arrives, however, the responsibility shifts to you.

Please understand that plants are living organisms and require the right care to thrive. Overwatering, poor soil, or unsuitable conditions can all affect the health of your plant, and these factors are outside of our control.

We do not offer a warranty, as we cannot guarantee how a plant will be treated after delivery. Buying plants always carries a small natural risk: 2% to 10% of plants may not survive, even if everything appears fine from the outside. Unfortunately, this is part of working with nature and not something we can prevent or refund.
