Taking care

Plant in full sun with a stake, cage, or trellis and secure stems as they grow. Water consistently at soil level; avoid overhead watering to reduce fungal issues. Feed every 1–2 weeks once flowering starts (tomato feed works best). Mulch to keep moisture stable and reduce weeds. Remove yellowing lower leaves for airflow; prune side shoots for indeterminate varieties if desired. Harvest when fruits are fully coloured and slightly soft to the touch.

Warranty

Warranty & Plant Health

We take great care to ensure that every plant we deliver is healthy, strong, and in its best condition. Up until the moment of delivery, we are fully responsible for your plant. Once it arrives, however, the responsibility shifts to you.

Please understand that plants are living organisms and require the right care to thrive. Overwatering, poor soil, or unsuitable conditions can all affect the health of your plant, and these factors are outside of our control.

We do not offer a warranty, as we cannot guarantee how a plant will be treated after delivery. Buying plants always carries a small natural risk: 2% to 10% of plants may not survive, even if everything appears fine from the outside. Unfortunately, this is part of working with nature and not something we can prevent or refund.

Thank you for understanding the delicate nature of plants, and for giving them the best possible care once they’re in your hands.
